Dave is a Master's Level Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and delivers individual therapy services at Evolve Counseling Seattle either in-person or via telehealth. He is an in-network provider with Cigna, Premera, and Kaiser (PPO only) insurance plans, or cash pay ($135/session). Sessions are 55 minutes in length.
how you work
Counseling sessions are one-on-one. I am a licensed professional that adheres to The American Counseling Association’s Code of Ethics and as such maintain Confidentiality and Disclosure of information per these guidelines as well those established for Counselors by WA State. See here for details.
I do offer a couple of low fee counseling spots for those in need with limited resources. Please inquire regarding availability.
